Most of the Settlers' players come from Division I or Division II college programs. Meadows had just finished his freshman season at Division III Otterbein, and it took him a while to have the confidence he needed to succeed.

"I feel blessed for the success I've had this summer, especially coming from a Division III school and not really getting recruited that much," Meadows said.
