Two Ottawa men have been charged with a series of late-night and early-morning commercial break-ins dating back to January, police said.

A Korea civic organization said Thursday it has petitioned the country's anti-trust watchdog for an investigation into popular outdoor brand The North Face Korea for possible breach of fair trade law.
